Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is the global standard time by which the world follows. Beijing time is 8 hours ahead of UTC. There is no Daylight Saving Time in China.
Unless otherwise specified, the “day” in this document refers to the calendar day, and the “business day” refers to the working day subject to local regulations of the country/region where the processing institution is located.
