Cross-border Dispute Resolution Interface (CDRI for short) is a service interface provided by UnionPay International for institutions that processes dispute transactions. Dispute transaction refers to transaction for which fund may be adjusted due to the system malfunction, operation mistakes or other reasons. The institutions can complete the initiation of processing dispute transactions and query of transaction information via CDRI.
Convenience
The institutions can complete the initiation of processing dispute transactions and query of transaction information via CDRI instead of logging into CDRS.
Security
By leveraging HTTPS secure transmission, Encryption transmission of requesting user password, Message information digest and Client digital signature, the Transaction Transmission Security is ensured.
The dispute processing staff would like to process the dispute transactions through CDRI.
This API is open to UPI members , including issuers and acquirers with self-built dispute processing systems, and their development vendor if needed.

4. Institution's system connect with UPI directly and transmit data automatically through API
