SaaS Card Issuing Service Platform

UPI SCIS comprises payment card issuing services, payment processing services and the associated administration portal which provide a Customer with the technical ability to issue and manage virtual UnionPay Pre-paid cards for the purpose of enabling relevant payment methods on Customer’s website or mobile application.

    Apply for enrollment

    Submit Business applications (including but not limited to license application, confirmation letter, system application form and exchange certification) and get technical specifications

    System development

    Follow the specifications and implementation guide to modify the system

  • 3

    Testing environment setup

    Raise request to UPI contact to set up testing environment and connection to SCIS system

    Apply for testing on UTSS platform, and UPI will assign tester to assist and conduct the joint testing task.

    Go live

    Once completes all testing requirements, shift to production environment parameter

    Live test

    After system go live, conduct the production test
