3.2 Creation of New Order

(1) On the homepage of this Platform, click id, Account information as well as Order service in the upper right corner successively, click Order and Problem to enter into the interface of Order Service, and click Add Order thereon to create new orders;


(2) On the interface of Add Order, select the category of submitted order, such as API and solution, select a proper category, click and enter into the interface to fill in order information;


(3) Fill in order information, including title, problem description, emergency degree and permission to access work order. Permission to access work order  is defaulted to Only Me;


(4) When user phone number and email address are incomplete, it is necessary to supplement such information and then complete order creation;
